Haywire is a participant in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).  This federal program provides a credit of up to $30 towards your monthly broadband internet service for qualified households.

How To Receive Your ACP Benefit For Haywire Internet Service

1. If you haven’t applied for your ACP benefit yet, visit https://getinternet.gov/apply for more information and to apply.
2. Once approved, let us know.  If you are a new customer, select the ACP Qualified checkbox on the sign-up page.  For existing customers, send us a text letting us know that you are qualified.
3. Haywire will reach out to you to gather some information such as your birthday and ACP application ID.  This information is complete the process of mapping your application to the Haywire service.
4. Once the process is completed, your ACP discount will be applied to your next monthly bill.

Visit https://www.affordableconnectivity.gov/do-i-qualify/ to see if you qualify.    There are many ways a household can qualify, such as meeting household income requirements or being participating in certain government assistance programs.

Can I receive the ACP benefit from multiple providers?

The ACP benefit can apply to only one provider at a time.  For example, if you are currently receiving an ACP discount on your mobile phone service, you would need to transfer the benefit to Haywire if you would like to apply the benefit to your Haywire internet service.  Let us know you would like to transfer the benefit from an existing provider to Haywire, and will can assist you.

Where does Haywire offer the ACP discount?

ACP discounts are offered at most Haywire locations.  However, at some properties, Haywire sells internet service directly to the landlord.  In these cases, the landlord is responsible for any resident billing and the ACP discount may not be available to the residents.  Please reach out to us if you would like to know if the ACP discount is available at any given location.
