Auto-Pay and Payment Subscriptions

There are two options for setting up automatic bill payments, auto-pay and payment subscriptions.  To view these options, login to your account and navigate to Settings -> Payments.

Auto-Pay

For automatic payments using a credit card, auto-pay is the preferred option.  Auto-Pay will submit a payment for your bill one day before the due date.  To setup auto-pay for a card, To view these options, login to your account and navigate to Settings -> Payments  and add a new credit card.  Any credit card added to the system, will automatically have auto-pay enabled.

Payment Subscriptions

Payment subscriptions are a scheduled payment method.  With a payment subscription the same amount will be paid by your credit card or ACH (bank account) on a specific date you define each month.

Please note, payment subscriptions pay a fixed amount each month, regardless of any outstanding amount due.  With this method it is possible to overpay your bill.   For example, if you have setup a payment subscription to pay $49 on the 12th of each month and manually pay your bill on the 10th, the payment subscription will still automatically submit a payment on the 12th.  This will result in a $49 credit on your account, which will be applied to any future bill.

Paying via ACH (Bank Account)

In order to pay by ACH (bank account)  login to your account and navigate to Settings -> Payments.  From there you can add a bank account.  You will need your routing number and account number, which can be found in your account on your bank’s website, or at the bottom of a physical check.

One that information is entered, the account will need to be verified.  First click the Connect link next to your bank account (in your Haywire account, Settings -> Payments).  This will start the process.  We will deposit two small amounts into your account (a few cents each time).  This may take a few days.  Do not proceed until these two amounts have been deposited into your bank account.

Once the two deposits have been made into your bank account, login to your account and navigate to Settings -> Payments.  Click the Verify  link next to your bank account and enter the two amounts.

Once verified, you are now able to setup a payment subscription or manually pay your bills via your bank account.

Please note, it may take up to 5 business days for ACH payments to clear the banking system. In your account, payments will showing as “pending” until they fully clear the banking system. Payments in the “pending” status are still subject to late fees, so we recommend that manual or scheduled ACH payments submitted a full week in advance.
